Two-layer thermomatrix: an inner hypoallergenic layer of silky fiber impregnated with active essence, and an outer layer of microperforated gold foil. Later ones go out the next working day. The warehouse is closed at weekends and on public holidays, but orders are accepted around the clock. How long the parcel takes Spain — 1–3 working days. European Union — 3–6 working days. Other countries — 15–20 working days. The time is counted from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier and does not include customs delays. Cost The carrier you choose charges its own rate — we confirm the amount together with the order. There is no flat rate and no free-shipping threshold. Tracking As soon as the parcel leaves, we send the tracking number by email and messenger. The order status is visible in your account. Returns: how it works 1. Within 14 days of delivery, write to the address given in the Contact section: your order number and what you are returning. 2.
