Shipping & returns

We ship orders from Valencia. Here is everything worth knowing before you buy. When we ship an order Orders placed before 14:00 on a weekday leave the same day. Later ones go out the next working day. The warehouse is closed at weekends and on public holidays, but orders are accepted around the clock. How long the parcel takes Spain — 1–3 working days. European Union — 3–6 working days. Other countries — 15–20 working days. The time is counted from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier and does not include customs delays. Cost The carrier you choose charges its own rate — we confirm the amount together with the order. There is no flat rate and no free-shipping threshold. Tracking As soon as the parcel leaves, we send the tracking number by email and messenger. The order status is visible in your account. Customs and duties Orders outside the European Union may attract local duties and taxes, paid by the recipient. We do not understate the value on the declaration. If the parcel does not arrive Write to us if it misses the estimate: we open a search with the carrier and keep you posted. If the loss is confirmed, we send the goods again or refund you. Returns: how it works 1. Within 14 days of delivery, write to the address given in the Contact section: your order number and what you are returning. 2. We reply with the return address and instructions. 3. You send the item back in its original packaging, with the protective seal intact. 4. Once the parcel reaches us we check it and refund you by the same method you paid with, within 5 working days. What cannot be returned Opened products and sets with broken packaging — that is a hygiene rule, not our whim. The exception is a defect, a picking error or damage in transit: those returns are free and with no conditions on the packaging. Exchanges There is no separate exchange procedure: we process a return and a new order — that is faster and clearer. Damaged parcel Check the box on delivery. If it is crushed or opened, have the courier record it and send us photos the same day.
