These terms describe how the LMC Beauty online shop works: what you get when you place an order and what we undertake to do. 1. Who the seller is The shop lmc-beauty.com. The seller's details, registration number and registered address are given in the Contact section. Write to the address in Contact with any question — we answer within one working day. 2. Goods and prices We sell cosmetics, fragrance and skincare from various brands. The brand, composition, volume and purpose are stated on the product page. All goods are genuine: we buy directly from manufacturers and official distributors. The price on the site is final and includes taxes; shipping is calculated separately and is shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices, but an order is charged at the price in force at the moment of purchase. 3. How an order is placed You can order with or without an account. Right after ordering you see the order number on screen, and we contact you to confirm the details. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and either refund you or offer a replacement — your choice. 4. Payment You choose from the methods offered at checkout: payment on delivery or bank transfer. While card payment online is being set up, all settlements are made directly with the seller. 5. Delivery Times, cost and procedure are described in the Shipping & returns section. The risk of accidental damage passes to you when you receive the parcel. 6. Returns and cancellation You may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the packaging is unopened and the protective seal is intact. Cosmetics are personal-hygiene goods: an opened product cannot be returned, except in cases of a defect or a picking error. The detailed procedure is in the Shipping & returns section. 7. If the product is faulty Write to us within 14 days with photographs of the product and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, including shipping both ways. Claims about external damage to the parcel are accepted on the day of receipt. 8. Account An account lets you see your orders and store addresses. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may close an account if it is used for fraud or harms the shop's operation. 9. Personal data We collect only what is needed to deliver the order: name, phone, email and address. Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties other than the carrier. You can request its deletion by writing to our address in the Contact section. 10. Limitation of liability Cosmetics are not medicines. Before first use, do a patch test on the inner elbow, and consult a doctor if you have a skin condition. We are not liable for consequences of using a product other than as intended or contrary to the instructions on the product page. 11. Changes to the terms The current version is always published on this page. An order already placed is governed by the version in force at the moment of purchase.
